these are my first in-ear ANC headphones, usually get a decent level of passive via the rubbery bits
@mattround if bass is your thing, try Anker. ANC isn't amazing (eg typing produces more noise echo than it removes) but walking around outdoors or driving is okay. sealed-test fit thing is actually quite useful once.
customised sound profiles are nothing but a gimmick, however.
