Interesting fact, a modem does not contain any more memory than is strictly required to process the data passing through it. It has no memory of past experience. That means that every time you connect to a BBS, it's thinking "what is this weird noise? Is it supposed to mean something? Oh god I think I'm going to KRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHTT"

It really has been a delightfully springlike weekend. Found flowers on a riverside walk, the first of the Mossy Lawn Primroses, and managed to start the post-winter garden tidying. The sun is setting now, and the garden is glowing. All very satisfactory and restorative.
I am aware it's not due to last, but we have to appreciate the moments.
Have a good evening all (or morning, or afternoon, or night).
