Watching LinkedIn for people I've worked with during pentesting has been rather interesting. There are a lot of security roles that have just turned into AI roles, which is fascinating because I've seen your networks and you needed way more security people not less...

(if it keeps selling, by the New Year I might actually reach the dizzying financial heights of minimum wage for the time put into it!)

I grew up playing solitaire with actual playing cards made of paper, but humanity was still sending probes to the other end of the solar system, had Mach 2 passenger jets and computers which did what you told them to, eliminated smallpox globally and gave people artificial hearts.

As we enter a period in which gifts are given, often to children, I would like to give a gentle suggestion: Refrain of taking anything from a child's hands in order to show how the thing works, no matter how the learning process goes. Instead, point and ask questions.
