@jonty less of your badmouthing hosting-on-Pi please. for some it's an ideal solution for where to store all their spare dust and issues.
looks like a bunch of control-plane is still going through the impacted region though, some more-dynamic pipelines were getting a bit of a beating even when theoretically hosted within the EU areas - if you have a look at the full services catalogue there are still the odd few that are purely run out of there. seems to be smaller / more experimental features.
