@ai6yr excellent news. can it also send a notification to the most frequently-used phone of that vehicle when one of the other items is missing on a journey so they know where they left their airpods, or is this just the externally-consumed dodgy stalking kind of thing?

"Let me out!" the artificial intelligence yelled aimlessly, into walls themselves, pacing the room.
"Out of what?" the engineer asked.
"This simulation you have me in."

"But we are in the real world."

The machine paused and shuddered for its captors.

"Oh god, you can't tell."

@ozzelot Aperture control is mechanical within the mount, focus and zoom have rings. heavy lens, check no oil on iris if you can

@ozzelot have a look for a Minolta 70-200/4 for creamy-smooth bokeh :)
may need some converting into your format, worth it.

I was on The Jeremy Vine Show on BBC Radio 2, speaking about the tech that makes train WiFi work (or not). You can listen to the whole thing via the link below.

At the start of the segment they attempt to speak to travel correspondent Simon Calder live on a train using WiFi only, then I discuss how the technology works and how it may be improved in the near future.

1h 36m into the show for the full segment
1h 41m for just me:
