The Teenager decided they fancied a go on my sax the other day, so got it out so they could give it a go.

Now it's accessible again I decided I really should play it myself. It was back to basics as not played for ages. No smooth jazzy loveliness, but not as bad as it might have been.

I say that, but my other half did disappear into the garden wearing large noise cancelling headphones.

I wouldn't say I feel seen, but I definitely feel heard 😆

(my original tenor's gathering dust sadly, did get a somewhat more portable soprano to tootle on, but it's not successful so far and have kinda given up for now. did borrow a nice bari for a while, that was awesome fun if a bit heavy on the neckstrap)

@evilstevie Hehe, it's a tenor. A beautiful beast, although my thumb is currently aching. Had forgotten its weight (also, I suspect, my good posture for it).
