IBM Watson was launched as a magical cure-all in 2013. By 2022 it had been pulled from everything because despite years of 'refining' and 'training,' following it would have killed over 50% of patients. At it's best.
@evilstevie nah, it just straight up didn't work, and customers absolutely fucking hated it. Especially since most large hospital systems, if you aren't an MD, you are always wrong. So they hated it coming and going. When it was wrong, they were pissed it couldn't do basic things. On the rare occasions when it was right, they were pissed a machine was contradicting them.
