Feel like there's a lot of unexplored potential in completely derailing transphobic talking points by wilfully misconstruing "sex" as being about intercourse until they just give up and go all neopets mods and start auto-replacing it with "gender".

i mean there is an issue though this would end up running forever, since cops are the biggest ones trying to complain about with what consenting people are doing (see; drugs)
but then also searching their drive without consent is kinda doing that too; the only saving grace is they only care if their taking issue with what specifically what 2 consenting people are doing -- so maybe it wouldnt spin into infinite recursion just because of that check, but otherwise-
