Just had our broadband line completely disconnected after neighbour insisted to an engineer that there's only one line to the property, so he diligently tidied up the ‘unused’ one 🤦♂️
There has been much swearing
(in private, not at the engineer or neighbour)
Ah, he wasn't being diligent - seems our wires to cabinet were used as quick fix, so we now have the problem neighbour originally reported & have to get that fixed
May decide to give up the internet and go & live in a cave instead
