I know plenty of people working on software that would bend over backwards and work hard to avoid relying on LLMs to write code. What I wonder is, where are the businesses that feel this way? Where are those with cash to invest in ideas that feel this way? Is this the real divide or does is money the primary factor in someone's choice to accept or reject LLMs?

I looked hard for such a business while jobseeking last year. Didn't seem to come across any. It's dire.

@ozzelot @cararemixed my current place is very much AI-positive and encourages the use of senior-moments-Clippy (sorry, Copilot). I'm happily still in my "haven't touched an LLM, don't want to touch an LLM" phase of AI adoption. expert-system / machine-learning on closed datasets is about my hard-stop.
don't get me started on image-generation and voice-generation... if the thinking-sand was meant to talk to me I wouldn't have muted it on day 1.
