is there a PoE injector that takes usb-c in as power and does 802.3af, that isnt like 50-75 dollars?

not usb-c but takes 100-240v mains via mickeymouse cable which can be locally sourced for under a tenner for shortie lengths, and it's listed at £19 on Amazon so within budget too
not perfect, but hopefully near enough
