breaking out my greatest travel invention ever: a UK power strip but I replaced the cable with a Schuko. now I don't end up blocking extra sockets with an EU-UK adapter, and I only need to use one socket for four things.

I also made one the other way around (UK plug on a quad Schucko strip) for NOVA in case folks forget to bring enough converters ^^

@gsuberland i've been thinking about making one of these for yonks to bring to parties but never bothered, how easy can one obtain a schuko cable on our rainy island?

@enfys they're rare and pricey in the UK annoyingly. I paid about £35 I think. but I'm headed to Paris this week so I'll see if I can grab a couple more. although Revision is the obvious place to grab one 'cos of MediaMarkt being next door to the E-WERK.

EDIT: oh the cable is cheap actually, sorry, I read your post backwards and thought you were talking about the power strip part. yeah just buy an EU lead off eBay, they cost nowt.

@gsuberland @enfys CPC have schuko stuff at not-insane prices; £7 for a unwired 4way Schuko block; ~£5.50 for a wired 3 way. Not cheap, but not stupid.
