Estate agents should only be allowed to place their signs within the boundary of the property they are selling - not at the end of the road or attached to a nearby tree.

@anon_opin how about the estate agent has to hold it personally? it'd do away with the smug headshots currently in fashion, provide much needed employment, and the signs would be removed the minute the place was sold.
