Just had our broadband line completely disconnected after neighbour insisted to an engineer that there's only one line to the property, so he diligently tidied up the ‘unused’ one 🤦♂️

about to hit the weekend, and will be stuck in an Actual Office for the first half of next week so could lend my 4g router to tide you over as long as I can have it back end of Weds
@evilstevie Managed to get line put back before he disappeared but it's wonky, got a v slow connection & will probably have to report fault
