Alright I am making one (1) resolution for 2024 and it is to learn how to keep bees
@35millimetre start small.
step 1: find a small box.
step 2: find a bee
step 3: persuade the bee into the box. gently.
step 4: close box for 1 minute. this will feel longer to the bee, but if dark inside the box then the bee will choose to drop and walk rather than buzz around
step 5: release the bee
congratulations, you have successfully kept a bee!
next stage, scale up a few hundredfold in both box size, number of bees, and how many minutes.
obtaining a queen may assist here.
